4. The leaderboard

The leaderboard is public. By submitting to it, you agree that your chosen display name, miles total, optional label, and submission date may be shown publicly.

• Do not submit defamatory, harassing, or unlawful names
• Do not automate submissions or attempt to manipulate rankings

We may remove entries at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attack, overload, scrape for commercial reuse, or otherwise abuse BangMiles infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The BangMiles name, branding, and site content remain the property of the operator. The underlying arithmetic is not exactly patentable brilliance.

7. Availability and liability

BangMiles is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, fitness for purpose, or factual accuracy.

8. Third-party services

BangMiles may load Google Fonts and, if you opt in to ads on your device, Google AdSense.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
